Sisterhood of the Serpent-Crushers
Psalm 68 is a joyful and triumphant picture of the eschatological victory of God. The poem plays on the the theme of the “seed of the woman” that will crush the serpent in Genesis, and contains several allusions to stories in the book of Judges.
